Terms of Service
Effective 1 January 2026. Plain-language terms governing our website and engagements.
1. Acceptance
By accessing sentryx.cc or signing a Statement of Work with Sentryx Security Pvt. Ltd. ("Sentryx"), you agree to these terms. Engagement-specific terms in a signed SOW take precedence where they conflict.
2. Scope of services
Sentryx provides offensive security testing, advisory, and compliance services as defined in each SOW. Findings are provided as-is based on the agreed scope and time window.
3. Authorisation
Client warrants it has authority to authorise testing on all in-scope systems. Testing outside agreed scope is prohibited and at client's risk.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information with reasonable care for 5 years post-engagement. NDAs may be executed on request before scoping calls.
5. Intellectual property
Reports and deliverables become client property upon full payment. Sentryx retains rights to underlying methodologies, tools, and anonymised learnings.
6. Payment
Invoices are due net 30 unless otherwise stated in the SOW. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. All fees are exclusive of taxes.
7. Liability
Sentryx's total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or distribute malware. We log abuse and report serious incidents to authorities.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
